Ansel Adams is one of the most famous American photographers. He grew up in San Fransisco, California. Ansel learned to play the piano as a young child. He had a weird nose and dyslexia which then caused him to be home schooled. He is well know for his black and white pictures and that is what he mainly focused on. Other than being a photographer he was an environmentalist. He died in 1984, before his death he created great things and to this day everybody still looks at. I chose this photo to the right because I really like how he used black and white to show where the sun and light are hitting the large rocks. It's very interesting to also see the clouds in the background. It opens my eyes to actually see that there are different lights all around us.
